Dr. Haley Beamon

Dr. Haley Beamon was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She grew up on her grandparent’s small farm in Arkansas where she fell in love with animals, and at a very young age, she knew she wanted to become a veterinarian. She spent most of her summers during middle school and high school volunteering at the Memphis Zoo and shadowing at various clinics around Memphis. Dr. Beamon earned her Bachelors of Science in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 2014. She went on to pursue a masters at Tuskegee University, which she completed in the summer of 2018. Through her thesis, Dr. Beamon developed an interest in reproduction and small ruminants. Dr. Beamon earned her veterinary degree from the illustrious Tuskegee University in 2021. She has 3 fur babies, Shi Shi, Mika, and Maverick, and in her free time she enjoys thrifting, traveling, and listening to true crime podcasts.
